Jangan Pandang Rendah Pada Brand BATA

Brand BATA sudah lama bertapak di Malaysia (atau dahulunya Tanah Malaya) & sudah sebati di hati masyarakat kita sebagai jenama kasut kaki yang di percayai. Masih lagi teringat semasa zaman kanak-kanak, parents bawak pergi beli kasut raya atau kasut sekolah atau selipar di kedai BATA. Seronok tak hingat time tu.Happy times.

Aku nak bercerita sebelum Hari Raya Eidulfiitri yang lalu, aku telah membeli sepasang sandal BATA yang amat selesa dan sesuai untuk di buat berjalan2 semasa menziarah.Harganya hanya RM29.90. Tadi semasa aku baru nak pergi on my "Mengidam Run" (wife aku yang pregnant lah..bukan aku yg mengidam..ishh) aku mencari sandal utk di pakai. Cari punya cari....TAKDE!!! Sah kena curik. Sebak Sedih muncul dan hampir titiskan air mata. Kasut ayah & isteri saya yang lebih mahal masih ada. Sandal aku juga yang di rembat? Pelik.

Kepada yang terambil atau "buat2" terambil sandal aku tu, pulangkanlah sandal aku tu. balik. Parents korang tak ajar ke tak baik mencuri barang orang? Aku janji tak buat apa2 kat korang. Cuma pulangkan balik selipar sandal aku tu. Aku janji.

Jika ada yang terjumpa, rupa sandal tu ada camnie.

Sementara itu, terpaksalah aku menggunakan selipar jepun dan menggunakan langkah-langkah lebih drastik utk pastikan benda ni tak berulang.

Makin Dekat, Makin Malas.....

Aku pun tak tahu lah kenapa..tapi makin dekat dgn tarikh "keramat", makin malas nak buat apa2.
Kerja, prepare, bersukan, lepak...u mention it.

Need to get out of this rut. But need help.

Hopefully lepas time2 "keramat" tu..tak malas lagi. If not, I have a lot of answering to do.....

"Bo" is the new top dog in town

Today during lunch I was greeted by "woof,woof" , or "here doggy, doggy" by the guys. Me being a bit blur (maybe due to the monday blues), just laughed along without knowing whats happening. Then, one of the guys passed me the daily "The Sun" paper.

Shaite !! The Obama family dog aka The 1st Dog was named "Bo". Bo!! The reasoning behind that name was because the first lady's dad was called Didley in reference to "Bo" Didley. But to me that reason is lame. You got a whole universe of names to select from and the best you can come up is Bo? Don't get me wrong. Bo is a marvellous name. Strong, powerful yet just right for all the right reasons.

"Bo" was apparently a gift from Sen. Edward M. Kennedy who himself owns a few Portuguese Water dogs or Labradoodle.

Obama kept his campaign promise to his two daughters Malia & Sasha that they will get a puppy when he wins the election.

Well, I can take solace from this new story that after this "Bo" will be known as the top dog for years to come..hehe

The muffler is a bit too much dont you think?

A Whole New Level of Fanaticsm......

I was blog stalking and came across a very cute Youtube video on Rozie's blog. It shows a girl belting out a Anuar Zain number. The thing that makes this video cute is this little girl's hand gestures and face mimics.

The Last Evacuation Drill....

In a large multinational company..............

A fire alarm rang at 4 PM in a large office when almost all employees were in office (approx 5000). As usual the entire office was evacuated within 3 mins & all employees gathered outside the office in the designated area waiting for further announcement.

"The good news is, the building is not on fire..."

The Security Officer in charge made the following announcement:

"Dear employees - with sincere regret I have been asked to announce that for many of you it will be your last evacuation drill. Due to the recession the company is laying off almost 50% of its employees. So when this announcement finishes, I ask all of you to move back into the building and if your swipe card does not work then it means you have been laid off in which case you will not be allowed inside and all your belongings will be couriered to you by tomorrow".

"The Company has used this innovative approach as we didn't want to fill up the email box with lay-off mails and good bye mails in thousands & also to avoid any fight inside the office and the consequent security issue for all staff".

"Hope you have had a rewarding career with us and all the best ahead".


"Please move back in & try your luck".

Pencarian Durian

Ni aku nak tanya sikit.

Ada sesiapa yg boleh tunjuk kat mana boleh dapat durian yg kuning, lembut, gebu & biji dia kecik aje, tapi tak payah sampai nak bankrap beli.
Kalau ada yg boleh tolong bitau, jom aku belanja sekali. Seryus nih...hehehe...
