Masa browse You Tube the other day, terjumpa satu lagi sensasi internet dari US, Keenan Cahill.
Beliau berumur 27 tahun.
Janis Joplin, overdose heroin.
Jim Morrison, sakit jantung.
Kurt Cobain, bunuh diri dengan menembak diri sendiri
That famous phrase will be repeated over and over these next few weeks as the long awaited third chapter of Transformers is out today! Woohoo! I just cannot contain myself with joy that finally the next Transformers is finally here.
Well..hello Mr Optimus Prime
The cast is still the same except for the addition of a new hottie of the movie. Rosie Huntington Whiteley replaces Megan Fox who was acrimoniously dumped by director Michael Bay, apparently on advice from super producer, Steven Spielberg. I was quite disappointed that I wont be seeing those pouting lips and rocking body of Fox anymore but Rosie Huntington is a capable replacement. And she can act too! Well that doesn't matter.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is Shia Lebeouf's new squeeze.
I will go to the cinema, buy my regular hot dog, large combo and expecting Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon to rock my world. I wont let the movie's haters saying that its just a few clunck of steel fighting each other and some horny teenagers trying to get into each other's pants. Anyways, what's wrong with that? That's okay in my book.

Muncul satu sensasi internet baru, Rebecca Black.
"Baby..baby...baby... oohh". Yup! You've guessed it right! Bieber Fever is gonna hit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 21st April 2011.

Remember! JB is coming to KL and brought to you by Tune Talk-Mobile Prepaid. This is Prepaid!!!
Yup. I know it has been a week since Paramore came to our shores and rock out with their long suffering Malaysian fans. The people responsible in bringing this band from Franklin, Tennesse, USA were Tune Talk (www.tunetalk.com), the new mobile prepaid on the block. Thank you Tune Talk, you are cool in my book. I have a very strong feeling, Paramore will not be the last great musical showpiece that Tune Talk will bring to Malaysia, so stay tune...talk (okay, that was cheesy). If they could bring back Incubus or greater still Green Day, that would be awesome.
Seeing that it has been a week since the concert and I think the concert had enough coverage, I'll just post the pics that I got from the concert. Enjoy.
Paramore is coming to Malaysia! To make it even sweeter the company I work for, Tune Talk (http://www.tunetalk.com) is the main sponsor! Lucky me. Maybe we will get to meet the band and get some autographed goodies. (Hope Jason Lo is reading this).
Paramore popular hits such as Misery Business, That's What You Get, Crush Crush Crush and their latest hit, The Only Exception from their new album, Brand New Eyes.
Paramore's Brand New Eyes album

Movie date with the wife before she delivers our first child in a couple of weeks. So, we decided to go for Dreamworks' latest offering "How To Train Your Dragon".
Superb storyline, brilliant animations, amazing imagination and great fun. Those are my words to describe this movie. We went for this movie not thinking that it would be that great but left being in awe of the whole movie.
The movie is set in the Viking town called Berk and is about Hiccup (voiced by Jay Baruchel) who is the son of the Viking Leader, Stoick (Gerrard Butler). Hiccup, who looks weak compared to the other vikings who are burley and gruff. He happened to accidently caught a Night Fury, a dragon that he later named Toothless.
Hiccup, who is also an apprentice blacksmith to Gobber (Craig Ferguson) was taught that killing dragons is the viking way of life. He later on learned that this is not really it should be after developing a relationship with Toothless. He learnt the ways of the dragons and became a sort of friend to them. Hiccup also made a love connection with a tomboy Viking, Astrid (America Ferrara). Romance part, check!
The storyline just makes your inner child take over. Although the Scottish accent isn't exactly correct (it's totally incorrect, Vikings are Scandinavians for crying out loud!), but just take a second and realize that this is a kid's movie that will surely make you reconnect with your inner child. The imagination put into the movie, for example the silly looking dragons would also make your imagination wonder.
A great movie to bring your kids and the whole family. And I promise you that you'll have fun too. I promise.
P/s: The movie was really fun that even my unborn child did not stop moving in his mum's belly. Brilliant.
Lady Gaga is currently one of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Outrageous costumes, performances and also those really catchy songs makes her one of the most influential and powerful figures in the music industry. Songs like "Red One", "Just Dance", Poker Face" and the latest "Bad Romance".
But have you guys ever watched Lady Gaga's videos? Her latest video for "Bad Romance" had a few subtle symbols and reference to the dark side. Okay, let's get straight to the point.
This video from youtube would explain more on this.
Maybe its just a coincidence or just a theory but it is already well known that music is know to be a vehicle for mind control, satan worshipping and other negative motives.
Just becareful to what you listen to and maybe its about time we really open up our eyes and not just our ears.
I finally got the chance to watch the most talked about movie in town, Avatar The Movie. Various reviews and comments have been made about this sci-fi movie directed by James Cameron. He was also responsible for Titanic being the largest grossing movie in history. So, I won't go into detail about the movie.
If an animated CGI movie was ever get hooked on cocaine, steroids and heroine, then Avatar The Movie is it. A modest and intriguing storyline with a well written script. The CGI and animation is out of this world.
I won't mind to sit for another screening. This time I might try the 3D version. Definitely the best movie of 2009.
Canadien singer/songwriter Daniel Powter who stayed at the No 1 spot with the song "Bad Day" on the Billboards charts for 5 weeks in 2006 was today named as decade's top one hit wonder. The criteria for an act (person/group) is chosen is that their second hit wont reach the Top 25. The songs were judged for those coming out between year 2000 - 2007.
This song was popular as the "going home" song on American Idol. Powter took a couple of years off after Bad Day before producing his next album.
To me, it is a good solid, catchy song describing an average guy/girl's day. Plus, it has a great video music featuring Samaire Armstrong. She was the only reason I watched The OC during its first season.
Nice
Dont remember which song? Here is the music video.
I have been a fan of Jay Z's work for a long time. His work always shows style and class. This also reflects in his personal life.
The latest two hits that Shawn Corey Carter aka Jay Z aka Hova has produced Run This Town (feat. Rihanna) & Empire State of Mind featuring the ever alluring Alicia Keys have proven that his decision to come back was the best thing that has happened to the music world. Welcome back Jay.
The video for "Empire State of Mind" is simply work of class and style. Enjoy.

Running Time: 90 minutes Cast: Bill Hader, Anna Faris, James Caan, Bruce Campbell, Mr. T, Benjamin Bratt & Neil Patrick Harris Director: Chris Miller Genre: Comedy, Fantasy Synopsis: Based on Judi and Ron Barrett's imagination-capturing kids' book: When wacky inventor Flint (voiced by Bill Hader) figures out how to make it rain different types of food, his small town gets wrapped up in the phenomenon—except Flint's dad (James Caan), who just wants his son to join him in his bait and tackle shop. As pizza, ice cream and more falls from the sky and Flint flirts with local weather reporter Sam Sparks (Anna Faris), will big appetites lead to big disaster?
The wife got a couple of free GSC voucher tickets, so we decided that maybe we should try to catch this one as it has been a long time since we went out on a movie date. We went to Tropicana City Mall's GSC as we have never been there. It is safe to say that it would be our 1st & last time we'll go there. Tropicana City Mall makes Shah Alam's Plaza Alam Sentral like a Midvalley Megamall.
Back to the movie, its basically a kiddie movie and a fun laugh out loud movie. Its a good movie to hang loose without having to decypher the movie. The only thing that made me think was ...where can I get a good juicy thick burger? Azhani liked the part where the town was covered in ice-cream. Well, me too...hehehe.
Its a good relaxing movie for adults and is highly recomendable for the young uns. The movie did its job and made my Azhani laugh. So, no complaints from me :)
Again, this week I followed Ms. Azhani's craving for this movie. I was a bit curious but you know, whateva makes her happy..hehehe.
The cast is star studded and I was anticipating something like "Love Actually" starring Hugh Grant, Keira Knightly, Emma Thompson.
Well, this one was a bit disappointing. It was a 2 hour soap opera trying to show who was sleeping with whom, BIG mistakes are forgiven as long as there are no small mistakes. Jokes were lame, story line falling a little bit short of snoozeville and I felt the cast were not challenged enough and their talents wasted.
I went to watch this one mainly due to Scarlett Johansson & Ginnifer Goodwin being in it. At least I can drool throughout the movie..hehehe...
Overall, the cast were there but the story line wasn't.
There was a mantra that was repeatedly mentioned in the movie, " are you the exception, or are you the rule?".
In this case, this was an exception. What a pitty.
Film: He's Just not That Into You (Love Drama)
