PRS Remaja - Simpan RM 1,000 dalam setahun, dapat lagi insentif RM 1,000 dari kerajaan.

Mungkin ramai yang tidak tahu yang dalam bajet 2017 yang lepas insentif simpanan Persaraan Simpanan Swasta (PRS) untuk remaja dinaikkan dari RM 500 kepada RM 1,000.

Dengan hanya membuka akaun dengan RM 100 sahaja, remaja dalam lingkungan umur 20-30 tahun akan dapat simpanan tambahan RM 1,000 dari kerajaan yang akan terus di masukkan dalam akaun simpanan persaraan. 

Pada saya, good deal sebab dapat duit simpanan tambahan dan insentif ini hanya sehingga tahun 2018 sahaja. Insentif ini hanya diberi sekali saja.

Selain itu, penyimpan boleh dapat pelepasan cukai pendapatan tahunan sehingga RM 3,000 bila menyimpan dalam PRS ini. Pelepasan cukai pendapatan ini boleh dinikmati oleh semua penyimpan PRS dan tidak hanya pada golongan remaja.

Mini Mini Cafe @ Midvalley Megamall

Last week I found some time to do some Back to School shopping for my son. The day got better when my wife took the rest of the day off to join us for the shopping adventure. I had to call it an adventure so that my son didn't get bored.

Before the "adventure" kicked off, we decided to fill up our tummys. My wife suggested the Mini Mini Cafe which is on the 3rd floor. She works next door at The Gardens, so I was game to try a new place.

I am gonna be honest, when I saw the place the first thing that came to my mind was "she is K-Popping again". My wife is a big fan of anything Korean or Korean pop culture inspired stuff. So, I was bracing myself for this experience.

We sat down and ordered. I was immediately proven wrong of the K-pop concept since the food had a variety to it. From the normal stuff like burgers, pizzas and pastas to our own local delicacies like nasi goreng, mee rebus and you get idea.

We were very happy with what we ordered and they came with some jelly and also drinks. The prices are reasonable. I would come again just for the mee curry alone. The broth was thick, spicy and the bowl was full of stuff.

I totally recommend the place and you won't be disappointed.
