Liverpool players wearing "Suarez Tees" to show support before the Wigan match this morning |
Yesterday, Liverpool's Uruguayan hitman, Luis Suarez got a 8 match ban plus 40,000 pounds fine from the England FA for his part in the racism row with Manchester United's French left back, Patrice Evra. He was allegedly said to call Evra "Negrito" which means "little black man". In his defence, it is a normal thing among dark coloured players in his country and he felt he was misunderstood.

However, Liverpool Football Club through its players and manager showed support for their star player by wearing t-shirts with Suarez's number on the back and a picture of him celebrating in front.
"Why are we all wearing number 7?" Liverpool players confused as usual. |
"Me no racist", Whatever you say Luis. |
